EXCHANGES

All products purchased at Bikinis Guadalupe Cid can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. For online purchases, the return period begins on the day the order was received.

A fundamental condition for a return or exchange is that the products be preserved and presented as follows:
  • Unworn: Bikinis must not show any signs of use, washing, stains, odor, or other alterations made by the customer (e.g., cutting the size label, loose brand labels, wear due to use, etc.).
  • In the corresponding box in which it was sent.
  • If you received a gift with your purchase, you do not need to send it with the products you wish to exchange.

Step-by-step exchange process:

  1. Email us at shipping@guadalupecid.com
  2. Inform us of your order number + photos of the product you want to exchange (which must be UNUSED and with its tags attached).
  3. We will respond with the necessary instructions for making the exchange.

Exchanges for products purchased through special promotions such as Sale, CrazyGuadita, GuaditaSale, PinkGuadita, discount coupons, etc. will always be accepted within the 30-day exchange period and at the price paid by the customer at the time of purchase. Exchanges are only valid for products that were available during the SALE period in our online store.


*For exchanges of products purchased through a 2-for-1 offer, 50% of the item's value at the time of purchase will be charged.

Step-by-step return process:
Remember that you have 10 days from receiving your order to request a refund. Contact us at shipping@guadalupecid.com and we will send you the return instructions.

  • European Union Customers: In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers located in the European Union may cancel or return their order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason.
    To request a return, please contact us at shipping@guadalupecid.com within this 14-day period. Returned items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
    Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.


Return shipping costs
Returns/exchanges are free if you receive an imperfect or incorrect item. In this case, we will send you a new or correct item. If you wish to exchange/return the item for any other reason, the shipping and customs fees are your responsibility.
